Easter 2010 - Sunday

Every Easter Sunday Norma does a scavenger hunt with his basket.  She leaves clues in eggs all over the house. One clue leads to the next until he finds the basket.

He had a great time with it.

He also got a Ben 10 alien this year.  He played with those action figures most of the weekend.

There's good old Suki lurking in the background.  A great Easter.

Easter 2010 - Saturday

Before heading to the Mills Branch egg hunt.  Our flowers look great (need some mulch though).

Very excited after having gotten his 10 allotted eggs at Town Center's Hunt.

Celebration time.

Playing at a local elementary school on their playground.  Aidan called this his Monkey cage.  About fits it.

Easter Egg Hunting

Aidan had a good time last Saturday hunting for Easter Eggs in our village park. He was very excited. But, he only got 7. He went right on past "ordinary" looking eggs and wanted the "exotic" looking ones instead. A bunch had insect and bee looking features and he was pretty intrigued by those.

Still we had a great time.

This was the second of three easter egg hunts for the boy over the long weekend.
1) thursday at preschool
2) saturday in the park
3) sunday at home with Mom - she hid eggs all over the house

In fact, Norma even hid his basket from him too. He had to find eggs with written messages inside to go to the next egg with a hidden message... to the next... to the next... until he got his basket. It was fun.

We had a very nice time together.

Mills Branch Village Easter Egg Hunt 2007

Aidan got off to a slow start, but made up for it in the end. We went Easter Egg hunting this morning. It was pretty chilly - in the high 40s and low 50s. It sprinkled on us while we walked home. But, fun was had by all!
